no shit his postings severely limited his defense choises, its like emailing the police before you rob a bank. I cant beleive some people dont have any clue about the non-anomynimity of the net, especially in public forums.
I've got mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, they almost have to charge him. However, at the same time though, he was probably pissed off, and just "screamed" this out. It's not like he went down to Hitmen R Us, and placed an order.
